Anna Petrova Private construction

Our modular home was ready in just three months. The process was surprisingly stress-free: the team managed everything from design to installation, keeping us updated at every step. The house feels warm in winter, cool in summer, and the finishing details are beyond what we imagined. For the first time, building a home felt easy.

David Romanenko Private construction

MFT turned our vision into reality. We wanted a family home with modern design and energy-efficient features. The architects listened carefully, suggested smart solutions, and delivered exactly what we needed. The result is a spacious, bright house where every corner feels intentional. It’s the perfect balance of beauty, comfort, and practicality

Surprisingly Quick Social construction

As a project manager for a community initiative, I was worried about timelines and budgets. MFT not only stayed within both but also delivered a building that exceeded our expectations. The modular approach saved months of work, and the result is a welcoming, functional space for the people who truly need it. Reliable and inspiring

What impressed me most was how flexible the team was. We had very specific requirements for layout, materials, and finishes, and MFT incorporated them all. Every detail — from the large panoramic windows to the cozy wooden accents — makes the house feel personal and unique. It’s more than a house, it’s our lifestyle made real

Modular Construction: An Innovative Solution for Modern Construction

Modular construction is modern technologies for the construction of buildings from prefabricated elements (modules) in the factory on high-precision equipment, which are then assembled at the construction site. This method allows you to significantly reduce the time of project implementation, improve the quality and ensure maximum adaptability of objects.

High speed of implementation

The modules are manufactured simultaneously with the on-site preparatory work, which reduces construction time by 2 to 5 times compared to traditional methods.

High quality and precision

The products are manufactured under controlled conditions in the factory, which ensures consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and durability. The use of modern technologies, such as BIM design, guarantees the flawless compliance of all elements.

Cost-effectiveness

Modular construction reduces labor and material costs, reduces waste, and minimizes the impact of weather conditions on the construction process. The quick payback of the project makes this method especially attractive to investors.

Flexibility and extensibility

Projects can be easily adapted to the needs of the client, modified or expanded by adding new modules without significant costs and time.

Ecological compatibility

The use of eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies makes modular construction more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

  • Automated factory production:high-precision assembly of modules on modern automation lines.
  • Intelligent Design Systems (BIM):Allows you to model and coordinate the project at all stages.
  • Eco-friendly materials: theuse of modern, energy-efficient and safe materials.

Modular construction is widely used in various fields:

  • Residential construction (apartment complexes, cottage villages, residential buildings, duplexes, townhouses, club houses)
  • Commercial buildings (offices, shopping malls, shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, rental houses, hotels, apartments, exhibition halls, bakeries, and more)
  • Educational institutions and schools, up to school institutions
  • Medical centers and clinics, dentistry, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes.
  • Temporary and mobile facilities (construction camps, exhibition pavilions)
  • Infrastructure projects, administrative buildings, institutions.
  • Houses on the water on pantones
  • Wheelbase Homes

In order for the house to retain heat, its enclosing structures (walls, roof, floor) must have a minimum thermal conductivity. Basalt wool, which is part of the construction of our houses, meets these requirements. In houses, we use powerful insulation with non-flammable basalt wool: walls and floor – 150-200 mm, ceiling – 200-300 mm.

In addition to reliable insulation, energy efficiency is ensured by double-camper energy-saving windows with argon, recuperators for the intake and supply of fresh air without the need to open the windows, and electric underfloor heating. Film underfloor heating is installed in one day, is compatible with any floor covering and does not require screed. Installation and operating costs are lower than those of water underfloor heating, and the service is simpler.

  • Fast deadlines for project delivery
  • High quality and reliability
  • Flexibility in layout and execution
  • Cost reduction and ecological footprint
  • Can be scaled and upgraded quickly
  • The width of roads and bridges for the delivery of modules should be at least 4.2 m.
  • Turns must allow the passage of a car with a length of 12 m; On narrow sections of the road, turns at right angles are excluded.
  • The height of the passage is at least 4.5 m. Pay attention to power lines, cables of Internet providers and branches hanging over the road, which should not interfere with the movement of equipment.
  • Terrain: the fewer elevation differences, the better. Simple terrain allows you to save on transportation.
  • Surface: different options are allowed, but the soil must be stable (loose sand, swamp, sticky clay, rocky rock are not the best option).

Delivery is not included in the price of the house. Our company cooperates with trusted transport companies that can deliver to the place of installation of the house. The cost depends on the distance from our production to your location, as well as on the complexity of the entrance and the volume of special equipment required.

With a house, you get a 10-year warranty on the load-bearing frame, and the service life of the house is 100 years. For houses with finished interior finishing, an additional warranty for interior decoration is valid for 1 year. On the network and communications inside the walls and ceilings for 3 years.

The load-bearing frame of our houses is made of calibrated pine according to the European standard C24. The kiln-drying board is treated with fire and biological protection. We insulate houses with non-flammable basalt wool, which is fire-resistant and does not support combustion, which ensures safety of use in building structures. The production of basalt wool does not contain harmful substances, so the material is environmentally friendly. The insulation effectively retains heat and retains its properties for many years.

We protect the lower part of the house by sheathing it with 12 mm OSB boards, and install a galvanized metal mesh with a mesh of less than 5 mm around the perimeter. If necessary, the bottom of the module is sheathed with a galvanized sheet of 0.5-0.7 mm (as an option)
